Launcher Installer Stuck

I downloaded MC from the official website. When I try to launch Launcher Installer, it starts with the message "Making things incredible" and the progress bar won't move. I tried closing it and opening it again. I also tried closing it and reopening it. I'm trying to download Java edition to see if it helps.

Many users haven't been able resolve issues with the new launcher that was released on November 2.

If you own the game and you are not connected to GamePass, download/install the Windows 7/8 launcher. It's the launcher we've been using for years. (Link)

If you'd like to avoid the upgrade nag, just click the shortcut for the old launcher and then set compatibility to Windows 8 on the Compatibility tab.

You are a lifesaver! It wouldn't install after I downloaded it. I had the same problem like the guy who posted this. It worked! I do what the voices in my head tell me
